스카니아 샵 오픈

A new concept to increase the spare parts availability for the customer has been launched and is currently being tested in the Scania Yangsan Centre under the named “Scania Shop. A second “Scania Shop” was inaugurated in the Scania Sacheon Center June 5.  The Shops offer a variety of Scania Parts with the main focus on “DIY” (Do it yourself) items which the drivers normally can replace themselves.

고객에게 부품공급을 보다 더 원활하게 하기 위한 컨셉으로 도입된 ‘스카니아 샵’이 지난 5월 양산센터를 시작으로, 6월 5일 사천센터에 그 두번째 샵을 현재 오픈 하였다. 특히 스카니아 샵에서는 고객이 직접 부품을 교체할 수 있는 DIY(Do it yourself) 제품을 중심으로 다양한 부품을 만날 수 있다.

“Of course we offer our customers to change the parts for them but mostly the customers do it themselves, pretty much as we expected.however the response from the customers to the Scania Shop has been positive”, says Mr. HY Jeon Branch Manager in Yangsan.

양산센터의 전휘영 지점장은 “스카니아 워크샵’에서 기본적으로 부품교체해 서비스를 시행하기도 하지만, 우리가 예상했던 바와 같이 대다수의 고객들이 부품 교체를 직접 하고 있다. 그러한 점에서 다양한 DIY(Do it yourself)제품을 접할 수 있는 ‘스카니아 샵’이 고객들로부터 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있는 것 같다.”라고 전했다.

“We want to offer our customers an easier access to genuine Scania Parts and provide them with the quality that only Scania parts offer so that they really can enjoy the advantages of using tailor made parts designed for Scania trucks. The performance exceeds anything else” says Mr. Mattias Lundholm CFO and Head of Captive Workshops.

스카니아의 워크샵을 총괄하고 있는 마티아스 전무는 “품질은 그 무엇보다 중요하다라고 하며, 우리는 기본적으로 스카니아 샵을 통해 고객들에게 품질이 높은 스카니아 순정부품을 고객들에게 제공하고자 하며, 고객들은 이를 사용함으로 스카니아 트럭만을 위해 디자인되고 제작된 부품들의 장점들을 누릴 수 있다’라고 말했다.

Mr. TY Lee Branch Manager in Sacheon admitted that the customer interest has been big. “-We actually had to start selling before we officiallyopened” the shop in Sacheon due to very strong customer demand. We hope of course that the Scania shop will promote the image of the "Scania Brand” and that the customers will be happy to find our good prices and also receive good information bulletins.

사천센터 이태영 부장은 “현재 스카니아 샵에 대한 고객들의 관심이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 또한, 높아지는 고객들의 수요로 인해 오픈 시점 이후 꾸준하게 다양한 제품을 구비하고 있으며  스카니아 샵을 통해 고객들은 합리적인 가격의 부품 및 할인 정보 등의 다양한 혜택을 받고, 이를 통해 스카니아는 고객만족도뿐만 아니라 브랜드 이미지 또한 제고 될 수 있기를 바란다.”라고 말했다.
